Bossier Louisiana Restaurants
Today, Bossier City's Mediterranean-inspired chicken restaurant BOSSIER LOUISIANA announced plans to expand its menu and scale up its events. On Friday and Saturday nights, the restaurant will be filled with people from all over Louisiana and East Texas who come to enjoy refreshing margaritas and listen to live music. The Bossiers City restaurant on 3107 Airline Drive celebrates its 25th anniversary and offers a free chicken salad for the first 100 guests for a year.

The menu ranges from a Vietnamese butt boy to a Japanese poke bowl that resembles a Cuban, and the menu at this Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of downtown Shreveport is equally varied. This is a Vietnamese-style restaurant that offers a wide range of dishes, from fried rice and noodles to chicken and pork chops and more.
The robust menu at Chicken Salad Chick is a perfect match for the guests, and the Cush Grocery Market acts like a salad mix that can be scooped up. This small restaurant, which we think is a little more upscale than most of the other restaurants on this list, has a smaller restaurant inside, but it is full of great food.
The star of the menu are baked potatoes, garnished with a sweet chili sauce, sweet potato chips and sweet and sour cream. The dish is crispy calamari, perfectly fried and served with sweet chili sauce. Each member of the family contributes to the phenomenal side dishes, including prawn and lobster salad, chicken and rice salad, macaroni and cheese. They do their job superbly to impress and delight the palate with their rich, tasty dishes and a wide selection of sauces.
Mofongo plantains somehow manage to retain their crunchiness in a spicy garlic broth, while the combination of flavor and texture is delicious. The meatballs, a hidden gem, are cooked in the house - made from marinara and served on a heavenly bed of angel hair pasta. Perfectly blended with fresh vegetables and crab reduction, the crab meat lumps are topped with melted cheese and topped off with a mixture of melted cheese. If you consume so much fried food that you feel like a visit to a cardiologist might be appropriate, cast a well-filled net at Fed Louisiana instead and the cheerful vegans will put you right right right away.
If you are here to worship gourmets, you are in the right place, and the sabre is good - that is, notched - but if not, it is still good.
As Wolfgang Puck will tell you, there is a precise art to making a good omelette, and of all the restaurants we have visited in Bossier City and Shreveport, we have this one at the top of our list. Floridian omelette, folded into a fluffy egg mixture, for a meal worthy of a god. It may not be as good as some of the other restaurants on this list, such as Taqueria La Michoacana (pronounced correctly), but don't let that stop you.
The fried chicken steak and biscuits soaked in white sauce are as good as any mom she's ever cooked, and the bottomless drinks are served in a surefire way to win the heart of any New Orleans girl.
SALT (saltshreveport.com), part of the new Shreveports Aquarium, offers a nice lunch by the river in the sun and a patio overlooking the Red River. It is located right on the river, just a few steps from the aquarium and just opposite a large shopping center.
At a time when it's getting harder and harder to get free chips and salsa, this is a great place to make chips, especially in Shreveport. There are two different restaurants, so make sure you enter the correct location into your GPS. This is also Superior Steakhouse, a fine dining experience, but what this restaurant is known for is its incredible margaritas. It is wonderful to learn that Louisiana and cities like New Orleans have some of the best Mexican dishes in the United States, if not the world, and it is one of the best Mexican dishes to be found in Shreveports.
