Visit the Shreveport City Auditorium, where you can visit one of the most prestigious performing arts venues in the country, where legendary artists perform on stage. Off to a local music festival, such as the BOSSIER Festival of Music, or into the urban auditorium of shreveports, where we can welcome some of their legendary artists on stage!

On stage are regularly well-known music acts such as John Prine, Jason Isbell, Jana Kramer and many more. Live music will be available at the Shreveport Farmers Market on Saturday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with tickets priced at $40 to $80. American Idol contestant Garrett Jacobs was a recent guest at the farmers market and tickets for the show cost $10.00.

The show will feature a special tribute to Elvis Presley by James Burton and Estelle Brown, including his classics and some of his greatest hits. Memories of Elvis, "is an unforgettable music experience, and it is free.

Guests can enjoy live music by twelve artists and bands at the Shreveport - Bossier Music Festival on Saturday, December 3. Visitors can't forget to experience all twelve of these artists / bands in one of the city's most popular venues for a great night of music.

Explorers will be delighted to keep a live alligator at the Gators & Friends Adventure Park, touch jellyfish at the new Shreveport Aquarium and have a chance to keep live alligators at the Florida Gators and Friends Adventure Park. Cinematographers will love to follow the Sh Reveport - Bossier movie trail and visit Mr. Brooks in the Mist, which was shot here in Shriveport. The film will be shown for a total of 12 hours on Saturday, 3 December at 6.30 p.m. and Sunday, 4 December at 7 p.m. and Monday, Christmas Eve at 8.15 p.m.

This year's festival, which runs from October 2 to 6, is a street festival in Shreveport - Bossier City celebrating film, music, food, fashion and the community. The festival also features a crab-eating contest and a carnival with live music and food trucks. This is not the only film festival in the area, but it is also one of the largest and most popular in Louisiana. A ten-day festival taking place this spring in downtown Sh Reveport at Festival Plaza will include a wide selection of films, concerts, dance performances, art exhibitions and other events.
