My Dad was transferred to this hospital, after being unable to locate a bed for him at our preferred choice. Though, he was in the CCU and we were unable to be with him at all times. I feel as though he was given excellent and attentive care, especially by one of the nurses on staff, who was with him the entire day before he died. I had talked to her on each visit back to see Dad and knew she understood, exactly what I was saying. As the time drew near, they came and called us and we were allowed to be there with him. It is not easy losing a loved one, especially one you are so close too, but the caring staff of Willis Knighton, Bossier City, listened to what we had requested and made it happen. For that I will forever be grateful.

I had to take my daughter here and let me tell you they make you wait and wait. I bet we waited in the lobby for over a hour and then went back to the room and waited over two hours. They weren't friendly either. I will say I know someone that had a baby there and she liked the hospital. So maybe it's just the ER.
